ABOUT RESONATE
Like many in this industry, Estate Management found me. Growing up in Florida, I remember reading about different careers and not feeling drawn to any of them—they all seemed too specific. I’m grateful to have landed in a career that is anything but. Estate Management is dynamic, nuanced, and ever-changing, allowing me to engage in a wide range of responsibilities every day.
Estate Managers bring together a diverse network of specialists, seamlessly coordinating their expertise to ensure every aspect of an estate runs flawlessly. Whether overseeing the intricate details of estate operations, spearheading multi-year projects, or guiding Principals and guests through remote wilderness experiences, I'm driven by the opportunity to serve and make a meaningful impact.
My journey has been shaped by unexpected turns that refined my adaptability, business acumen, and dedication to excellence. One prayer and one conversation led to my first role in estate management in 2004, opening doors to a career built on trust, hard work, discretion, and leadership. A decade later, I launched my own company, deepening my expertise in business operations, negotiations, and the skills essential for high-end estate management and consulting.
Estate management is often seen as a luxury job because of the incredible homes, but the true foundation of the profession lies in the work that isn't viewed as glamorous—housekeeping, facilities, grounds, security, events, construction, and culinary. These are the details that create seamless experiences, and I take pride in leading motivated teams, upholding the highest standards of service, and helping Principals to focus on what matters most.
